The Space:

With 5 bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms, Marsh Mellow comfortably sleeps 14 guests. Each bedroom features an en suite or a bathroom directly outside, providing convenience and privacy. The sleeping arrangements include 2 king suites, 1 queen suite, 1 double suite, and a bunk room – perfect for families or groups of friends seeking a delightful beach retreat.

This thoughtfully designed home boasts an outdoor kitchen for al fresco dining, a refreshing pool, and a soothing hot tub. **At this time we cannot guarantee the flat top grill will work due to the salt air. We do have another grill there for your use and provide the propane. Thank you!**



We charge $100/day to heat the pool. The highest the heater can go is 86°F, and there’s also a risk of the pipes being too cold to turn on the heater. If temperatures drop below 50°F, we are unable to activate it. We appreciate your understanding and are here if you have any further questions! We do not turn on the heater Mid Nov - March!
