"Employees were awesome and helpful. Very clean. A/C was loud. Not enough chairs around pool. People leave towels on chairs all day to reserve. Great location. They need a small shop on site for food/drinks/nessesities. "

"We came to this rental for a mini getaway from Friday, July 4 up until Sunday. With this rental came my group of adults, children, and an infant. There was plenty of room plenty of space to accommodate all of us. unfortunately, we did not have Wi-Fi but the hostess let me know ahead of time and she, tried her best to resolve the issue beforehand. The Internet company did not have time to fix the issue so that’s not her fault more so due to the holiday. Other than that, the hostess is very communicative and she helped us out in a pinch, we ended up playing some of the board games they have at the stay. Plus, there are many attractions nearby. The beach was only eight minutes away so we saved a lot on commute. "

"The house and the view were absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool and jacuzzi…so relaxing!! The owners responded quickly to any issues we had and made sure we had everything we needed. Our family had a great time and made lots of wonderful memories! "

The new outdoor seating and just simply rearranging the bedroom made a huge difference! The owners are very thoughtful and kind and we just had a wonderful relaxing vacation! Thank you again!!"

"Our stay was absolutely fantastic. The house is huge and located close to restaurants, activities and most importantly the beach. Marnie was great. She and her husband were responsive, friendly and very helpful. I would definitely recommend staying here. Especially if you have a large group. "

"This is the second time we’ve stayed at One of a Kind Home. The home works for all ages, young and old. The home is well stocked and the beds are very comfortable. The home is extremely clean and all appliances are top notch. The pool is perfect and access to the beach is ADA so very helpful with little ones. Rhonda is a great owner. She responds quickly to any questions or problems. One of a Kind Home is a 20 on scale of 1-10. "
