"Well upon arrival was almost charged way over what was quoted. Beach tags not available when it says they are. No ice machine! Room had a slight smell and AIR CONDITIONER not working right. Also you have to go to another office to check in Sea Gem office not open and no one available at that property. But I will say that it is very close to beach and all in all had a wonderful time with my granddaughters. Would choose again now that I know the right way to do things at this property. Enjoy your stay"

"Very clean and comfortable home! Good amount of communication from the host. Check in and check out instructions were clear. Only hiccup is that there is no on site parking. However, street parking is plentiful and easy to figure out."

"Despite the negative reviews of this place I must admit the room I had (105) was quite good,. It was clean, there was plenty of hot water and water pressure in the shower. Shampoo conditioner and soap were provided, The towels and sheets were clean, no hairs or stains,. The shower , was a little scratched on the floor of the bathtub probably because of all the sand, but clean. I am taking 1 star off for 2 reasons, 1) They need blinds on the window because the Persian blinds let in the hallway light and the stairs were next to it and I felt it didn't provide enough privacy, 2) The bed , while very comfortable and clean creaked a lot from the springs. The location is excellent , only 1 block from Midway Steaks / Spicy Cantina on the boardwalk. The parking , while tight was manageable. But we had a pleasant stay and I would stay here again."

"We had a wonderful time! The house was cute, clean, and dog-friendly. Every amenity we could possibly need was already very thoughtfully included on the premises (including beach passes and equipment), which made our already very pleasant stay even easier and smoother. The host, Bridgett, is incredibly sweet and thoughtful, and any time we had any questions, she was extremely prompt in answering them for us. The whole experience was lovely."
