"This was our first, but definitely not last, time renting this home. The house was very clean on arrival, great open living spaces, large dining table for family and friends, ample parking for vehicles. Lots of beach and pool accessories if you forgot to bring your own, plus the extra refrigerator close to the pool area was a huge bonus. Excellent space around the pool if you want to skip the beach for a day. It’s only a 5 minute walk to the beach (we brought a golf cart) and close to the IGA. I was beyond impressed with the owner’s response time and kindness. I can’t express enough how memorable the trip was because of this house. We thought we were just having fun, but we were really making wonderful memories!"

"Great location, very clean, nicely decorated, well stocked property. Kitchen has everything you need, we had our family of 5 and dogs. We were very comfortable. Grill was clean. Beach chairs available for use and a cart for your stuff. beach is a 3 mins golf cart ride, pool was great we swimmed everynight .everything is very close. It is a great location. We will definitely be back next year. Thank you Meredith for making everything so easy."

"We enjoyed our visit. It is in a great location, and the condo is pretty nice and spacious, with nice furniture. There were a few minor issues - dusty vents, minimal cooking supplies in the kitchen, extremely low pressure in one of the toilets, and no blinds or shades in the dining area/living room (which did not effect our family, but if you plan to have someone sleep on the sofa bed- good luck!). The VRBO host was responsive, and the pricing was fair. As for the building itself: there are plenty of luggage carts available for check in and out, and the elevators and common areas seemed to be cleaned daily. The pool area or property does not have a hot tub on site (the description mentioned hot tub) and you will need to bring quarters to use for the laundry facility. We would stay here again, and overall thought it was a good, solid rental."

"My family absolutely loved our vacation week at Carothers Castle in North Myrtle Beach. The house was a perfect fit for the adults and the children. The home was very clean, including the amazing pool and hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked with dinnerware, pots/pans, utensils, etc., and is very spacious, allowing several of us to participate in meal preparation at the same time. The location is private and, except for occasional traffic noise, is also very quiet. We will definitely visit again. I highly recommend this vacation beach house."
