Very clean and usable as we made dinner there one night. Only problem we had was the wind kept interrupting the television. Which was ok as we got to spend quality time together and enjoying the time away from everything.

Reserved this on short notice to attend the Country Calling Festival, and it suited our needs very well. Convenient location and very helpful staff. Facility was a bit dated, but that was to be expected with this type of beach hotel. All went smoothly with check-in and everything else, including ample parking so that wasn't a worry despite the event in town. Definitely happy with the last minute choice and stay again.

Since we arrived the lady at the desk was really friendly and helpful, the room was clean and organized, the food at the Malias cafe was good!! We enjoyed our stay in the hotel Spinnaker.

Not a drop of sand in the room…. Idk how they did it. The room was fantastic! Beautiful views, watched the sunrise from the balcony! Plenty of room for me my spouse and 3 of the kiddos! Definitely will stay here again! Thanks for the memories!

Staff was absolutely wonderful! Room was clean and entire hotel seemed clean. They provided complementary chairs for the beach which was a pleasant surprise. You can tell the property is older, but it is great especially for the cost.

The room was nice and refreshing with a wonderful view from the balcony. I was surprised to be at the Spinnaker because the distance from the hotel was close to the boardwalk and the entrance to the beach. Titiana was helpful too. She was polite and she checked on our needs. The Spinnaker was a great place to stay for our mini vacation.

Bathtub was really slow at draining. Bathroom could have been cleaner didn’t like the bathroom being right behind the door. Beds were ok, the location was good and the staff was helpful.

The location is the best thing about this place. It’s right in the beach next to the boardwalk. It also comes with parking but we were also charged $20 hotel fee. The bathroom also had a clog in the shower. The staff was nice and helpful.
