Summary:
Welcome to Sunset Island, a private community in OC, MD. 3rd floor unit w/ 3 BR and 2 baths, newly renovated for the 2024 season.The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom w/a soaking tub and shower. Large living room, dining area & kitchen with all new appliances and a 2-in-1 drip/K-cup coffee maker. Linen & Towel package provided, with your beds made! Resort fee required: includes 6 facility passes, 2 parking spaces (1 garage,1 street).Addl passes, subject to avail at Sunset Island clubhouse.

The Neighborhood:
Guest entry instructions: this unit utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

No pets are allowed at this vacation rental. All renters must abide by the association's governing documents including the community codes, rules & regulations and policies. Must be 25 years old to rent this home.

You will need to access the guest amenities package from the clubhouse upon arrival - the resort fee you pay includes six (6) facility passes for use of the clubhouse, the pool, and the facilities during your stay Parking notes: Please ensure that any parking permit is displayed at all times - this unit receives 2 temporary parking passes per stay for the use of the garage

Great location in OC

We loved staying in this 3 bedroom condo that was very nicely updated, clean and in a great location. Resort amenities are very nice and we could also walk to local restaurants and attractions in OC. We will definitely be booking this condo again.

Very clean condo. New furniture, comfy beds. A.C. was very good, I've rented from other owners in the past and have always had an issue with the A.C. , but this condo was great.

Amazing place

The place was great! Clean, recently remodeled and plenty of room for us and our 3 young children (newborn-5 years old). The owners were very quick to respond if we had any issues or questions. Check in and check out were straightforward and there were clear instructions. Great to be on Sunset Island, it was quiet, and relaxed, the place was close to the beach on Sunset Island and close to the pools but also easy to get out of the neighborhood when we wanted to go to other places in Ocean City. We would happily stay here again without hesitation.
