Spacious screened porch and yard on a corner lot to enjoy summer nights. Driveway parking for 2-cars and up to 2 dogs allowed with a Pet Fee. Book this new listing while prime weeks are still available! The yard IS NOT FENCED IN, The fence in front of the house is just for decoration only. NO Smoking.
Linen Concierge Service - Bed linens, bath towels and bath mats, beds made. Beach towels NOT included.
Guest pays a $125 cleaning fee for stays under 7 nights.
Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks.
