Fill your vacation with the sights and sounds of the beach at this oceanfront condo in North Ocean City. Not only will you have a front-row seat to swimming, surfing, and boogie boarding in the ocean waves, you'll be greeted back at home by central air conditioning, an oceanfront balcony, and a private washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels.


This mid-rise building is located on the oceanfront in North Ocean City, offering on-site facilities that include an outdoor pool, a paddle tennis court, an elevator, and assigned parking. It's only half a mile north of Northside Park, a 58-acre expanse with lighted sports fields, a fishing lagoon, concession stands, two playgrounds, a picnic area, two piers, a gazebo, walking and jogging paths, and a host of annual events. Coastal Highway, which is lined with restaurants, shops, nightlife, and sources of entertainment for all ages, is one block west as well.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

I loved this place being ocean front view! Perfect for a small family or anyone just trying to chill out and catch some rays. Quiet place. We had to clean when we showed up. That was the only down side. Still loved it and made great memories.

The location was great, perfect view of the beach. There were also tons of amenities in the house, especially if you’re staying with little ones. However, the place was unkept. Cobwebs and spiders, visible dirt on bathroom vanity and next to toilet, a razor cover left on sink, water bottle under the bunk bed with large dust piles underneath most surfaces, hair in the shower drain. We tried to message VACASA/host via the app but no response.

We had a great stay at this condo. The view from the balcony is just perfect. The condo is situated just over the Delaware border from Fenwick Island so there are dunes between the condo and the beach. It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of South OCMD but close enough to everything as well. The check-in/out process with Vacasa was fairly seamless. I did ask a question a few days before as to whether the condo had furniture on the balcony and I didn't receive a response. The condo does have 4 chairs on the balcony in case you're wondering. Our only complaints were that the pot/pan situation in the condo is pretty rough. And there's a coffee maker, but it's tiny and only makes between 3-4 cups total.

This was our 3rd time renting unit 502 at Sails II, however our first time under the Vacasa management. We arrived at the unit at 4:05pm, just after the 4:00pm check-in time only to find that the cleaning crew had not yet arrived. They walked up as we were entering the unit and said they could be done cleaning in 10 minutes. We told them to take their time however upon entering the unit about 40 minutes later, we found clumps of hair in the bathroom and living room, lettuce on the floor, and crumbs on the dresser. There were wet towels in the dryer and washing machine, giving both a musty smell. We weren't able to use these during our trip due to the smell. There were also linens still on the beds from the prior renters which I then had to remove. Upon check-in at the local Vacasa office, I spoke to a manager about the delayed check-in and cleaning concerns. He said to call back if there were issues with cleanliness. I did but was taken to an operator who told me someone in the local office would call me back. They didn't. I then responded to an automated text survey about the cleanliness of the unit. After giving it one star, someone eventually called me from a local office and said he would follow up. Both managers said they would look into some type of compensation for the delayed check-in and cleaning issues however I never heard back from anyone at Vacasa and still have not received any refunds. Overall, this was a disappointing stay. We did not have issues like this in the past prior to the Vacasa management. The pool and location to the beach though are great.

This is probably the favorite of all the places we've stayed! We loved the location, the beach, and the pool! The condo was fantastic. Spacious and clean. I loved how quiet it was too! Will definitely look for availability to rent again!

Home is clean and at a great location. We got a list of local owners that we can rent from. Vacasa bought out CBVacations and jacked the rental price up over double. We were in a bind this time, but will not be back to rent from vacasa. Will not rent this home again unless the owner ends contract with vacasa and list their home elsewhere. We had a good time at this home. Everything was great. We thank the owner for sharing their home.

We felt comfortable and welcome upon entering. It’s a sweet space. The kitchen was such a highlight, so modern and updated. The washer and dryer was very impressive, so was the microwave. We loved the view, and the sound of the surf. Right. On. The. Beach. No buildings or obstructions. If you have kids, there are toys and games . The blankets were soft, and there was ample sleeping accommodations. I love how the place is decorated, the items that were supplied for us, and the pride in ownership that shows and we felt during our stay. Thank you!

The property at Sails 2 was beautiful. The location was perfect, the condo was very clean and had everything we could need for the week! So impressed with everything. It was an amazing week of vacation for my family of 5! Only had 1 small snafu with the pool code (it was wrong on the paper but right in our welcome email). Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The unit was great for my husband and me. Super location; wonderful views. Lots of families having fun! We have 2 comments regarding our stay. 1)The unit was not cleaned well. The balcony needed to be swept which we did ourselves. We also washed all the throw rugs in the kitchen and bathroom. 2)The AC is extremely loud in the living room.
