Great Mid-Town location! Direct Ocean front, 3 bedroom 2 full bath condo. Breathtaking views from very room. Natural light flows in from sliding glass doors and new windows, brightening the entire condo. When the surf gets too rough, go for a swim in the outdoor pool. 3 elevators and 2 assigned parking spaces. Make our home your home for a spectacular vacation. Come stay at the Sandpiper Dunes and make wonderful memories that will last a lifetime! Free WIFI!

This is a Oceanfront condo, located in the Beautiful Sandpiper Dunes! Enjoy the gorgeous views of the Ocean from Kitchen, Living room, Dining room, Master and 3rd bedrooms. Large kitchen with counter seating. Family room has HDTV, High speed wireless internet access. The condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with amazing views of the beach and ocean. Bedroom 2 has 2 double size beds. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds with beautiful view of the beach and ocean. All bedrooms include flat screen HDTVs. This condo includes everything you and your family need while at the beach.

NOTE: This is not a Senior Graduate Rental, guests must be 25 year old to rent.

This condo does NOT have sheets and towels provided. You will need to bring your own or I can arrange for you to have them rented. I do have a rental agreement with a local company. They will deliver your sheets and towels, make the beds and pick them up on your date of departure at your expense. The full linen package is, king in master, 2 fulls in second bedroom, and 2 twins in the 3rd bedroom and a queen for the pull out sleep sofa. 10 sets of towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels and dish clothes. The cost is $130 dollars for the whole package. If you need less, just let me know and I can provide a price.

The Sandpiper Dunes building is a non smoking building. You will not be allowed to smoke anywhere on the premises, including inside the condo, on the balcony, not in stairwells nor in the parking lot. You must be 25 feet from the building to smoke.

Excellent view of the ocean. Had a nice and relaxing stay. Instructions from Jami were clear and he is quick in responding. Good neighbourhood and few steps away from beach. We really enjoyed our stay!

Peaceful, clean and cozy

We were very impressed with this condo. It offered just enough room and was very comfortable for us and our guests. The balcony overlooking the beach was such a wonderful spot!! The view from the master bedroom was heaven for me. The host was easy to get in touch with and the neighbors in the building were welcoming and friendly. When I get the opportunity to visit OCMD again I will definitely be booking it again

The property is ideally located in Ocean City; close to the action but peaceful. The unit is very nicely decorated and has everything you need for a fun stay in the area.

FABULOUS

This condo was everything I hoped for and more! The bedrooms were spacious and Master bedroom had a wonderful shower in it. It was well equipped. With 2 parking spaces, it fit our group perfectly! I would highly recommend this condo and owner! I hope to book again with him in the future!

Perfect Beach Front Condo

Wonderful views of the ocean and beach from the balcony. Being a corner unit the views were particularly stunning. Very easy checking process, convenient location, love the linen option that allows for less packing. Highly recommend this property for families.

Jami was great to work with; she got back to me quickly if I had any questions. I would definitely work with her again! The property was beautiful, exactly what was described in the description. A beautiful property, so clean and right on the water with gorgeous views! I will definitely use this property again!

Great Family Getaway!

We loved our stay! The condo was very clean and fully stocked with beach chairs, boogie boards and the beds were very comfortable!! The kitchen was fully stocked and the views from the balcony were just amazing!!

Great condo!!

My family enjoyed our stay at this condo. Great location, oceanfront condo. I was getting married on the beach in front of this building so this made our stay even better. This condo was very clean and the bedrooms were spacious. We will definitely be staying here again.

Great Condo in Great Location

This condo is beautifully furnished and in a great location to walk to many restaurants and stores. The beach is literally steps away. We had a wonderful stay. Will definitely keep this one on the list to stay at again.

Super clean!

My family loved this condo! We had no problems. It’s very clean. Because it’s an end unit, it has amazing views. Jami is very friendly and super easy to get a hold of with quick replies. We already looked up dates to book for next year and it’s already booked! That speaks for itself.

Midtown Great Location

The condo was beautiful. Very bright, decorated tastefully and comfortable. The view was spectacular. Loved hearing the waves all day. Master bedroom very spacious with views from balcony and bedroom windows. This was an end unit so even the smaller bedroom had an ocean view. Our first family vacation in years and we loved every minute of the condo and the beach. There were beach chairs to use which helped immensely. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, plates and utensils. Only suggestion is more silverware. We didn't have enough for a full meal without running dishwasher. Would definitely stay here again. We totally enjoyed our stay.
