Beautiful Bay Views!!! Luxurious 2 BR/2 Full BA unit in newer building with amenities galore! 55" UHDTV, Laminate Flooring, Sleeper couch and sleeper ottoman. Excellent furnishings included (as you can see by the photos) with stainless steel appliances, in-unit washer/dryer, HDTV in each room/iron and ironing board (who really needs it for OC?)/toaster/blender/coffee maker. More importantly, the unit is equipped with wifi connection to connect all those Android/Apple/Kindle/Microsoft devices! There is a large 55" UHDTV in the living room with HDMI and USB cable already prewired so you can bring your personal Xbox/Playstation/Apple TV/Roku/Chromecast/etc., to keep everyone entertained! You can stream movies or catch up on your favorite TV shows with your personal Netflix/Amazon Prime accounts as there is free wifi in the unit.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed while the Guest Bedroom has a bunk bed with Trundle. The living room has a queen sleeper couch with a sleeper ottoman. The unit sleeps 6 adult and 1 child, (2 in Master Bedroom, 2 adult and 1 child in guest bedroom, 2 adults in Living Room). Clean linens are included upon check-in, just bring your own towels and toiletries and enjoy.

Convenient keyless entry into the unit so you never have to worry about who has the key.

The building is relatively new compared to other locations in OC and it has an indoor swimming pool (great on days when it is too hot/cold or rainy outside), sauna, fitness center, and game/billiards room.

Excellent location next to the convention center and walking distance to great restaurants (more importantly, a short walk to Dumser's Ice Cream :) One block from the beach and this is actually one of the best beach location in OC because there are not that many high rises in the area there is A LOT less people on the beach compared to other areas in OC. Most of the time it is no more than 2 - 3 families deep on the beach and if you have been in OC before it is much worst in other areas.

Me and my family spent 5 days in this comfy, clean and quiet apartment. It ws realy filling of a "home far from home". And Ocean City itself is real gem. My grand kids enjoyed Amusment park, water park, mim golf, state park and wild hoses and - of course - beaches.

This property was exactly what we were hoping for. Having the conveniences of home (quality washer/dryer, stove and microwave) while on vacation is a game changer for my family. This condo is simply adorable. Very convenient to the Convention Center, The Dough Doller and many other eateries. The condo is nicely decorated and updated with beach decor. I enjoyed the coziness of it all since it rained most of our short stay. I would definitely stay here again for an event weekend.

The condo is very modern, roomy and clean, although I would recommend getting rid of area carpeting that can't be cleaned between guests to give it a cleaner feel. The view of the bay was perfect with the sunset every evening. Having ample parking included was a plus and made it easy to come and go.

Great, great condo that is in perfect location in OC. Not only is it a very short walk to the beach, it is close to many restaurants, shopping, etc. Condo is clean/well-maintained and very well equipped (family appreciated super fast WI-FI). Best part of the trip was sitting out on the balcony and looking over the bay. Highly recommended for families looking for the ultimate beach experience in OC!

This corner condo unit was perfect for our long weekend!! Beautiful views, convenient to anything you need, including great restaurants and very nice furnishings. I can’t speak to the kitchen as we didn’t cook, but the rest of the unit was everything we needed! I would recommend and stay there again if we get back to OCMD. Wilson was a pleasure to work with as well! Thanks for a great stay!

This condo was perfect for my family of four! It's conveniently located near the convention center which allowed my husband & son to walk there to watch portions of the national dance competition. When my daughter wasn't scheduled to dance, we were close enough to walk to the beach for a fun day in the sun & sand!

Came exactly as advertised - property was clean, accessible, comfortable, and made for a pleasant vacation. The host is exceptionally receptive and responds to calls/texts almost immediately - a pleasure to deal with. The building itself has a nice billiards room, a small weight room, and an indoor pool. Wilson and the unit are top notch! The unit was clean and comfortable. Wilson was friendly, detailed and communication was excellent. Answered every question very timely and responsive. Perfect condo for our family trip to Ocean City. Spacious balcony overlooking the bay. Nice upgrades, quality furnishings and cute finishings throughout. Unit was super clean and well stocked for our stay. We enjoyed the location -- beach was not too crowded, even during a peak vacation week. Plenty of restaurants and activities nearby. Building is well-maintained. Indoor pool convenient for those days when the weather doesn't cooperate. Overall, a great experience and we would gladly return next time we're in town. Thanks to the owner, who was very accommodating and helpful with his recommendations.

The condo was very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The host, Wilson, was very attentive to our needs. The second bedroom was perfect for our 3 children and the master bedroom and bath were very spacious and relaxing. There are both a traditional drip brew coffee pot and a keurig available for use. Parking was readily available in the lot. Just a note - the building is on 43rd street so you have to walk a block in either direction to be able to cross the coastal highway. It's still a short distance to the beach, but nice to know if you are toting little ones.

I had a great family vacation recently. The Makai building has some solid amenities (indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, etc). Mid-town OC is a great location and is very accessible to get in and out of town. The beach is only a few minute walk and the condo in general is in a very walkable location - drinks, coffee, water ice, ice cream, etc. all close by. The building is directly next to the OC Convention Center, which has a nice boardwalk on the bayfront and is only a 3 minute walk from the condo. 1 minor note: the AC Unit can run a bit loud at times, so if you're watching a movie at night or sipping a coffee on the balcony, you might want to turn the AC for a short period and just use the ceiling fans. All in all, a great value and I hope to return in the future. OCMD sunsets on the bay are the best of best and you'll catch them every night from this location.

Wilson reached out the day after I made the booking, answering any questions I had and explaining the process. He stayed in contact through the trip and even after to ensure we didn’t have other questions or issues pop up. Check-in was a breeze (meaning getting into the condo was super easy due to the instructions provided), the building had carts for use to get all of our stuff from the cars to the third floor, the condo itself was nicely furnished and up to date; and most importantly - super clean! We had one issue with a slow drain but it did not hinder us at all but I let Wilson know and he said he’d take care of it. All in all, it was a great stay and we will be booking the condo again for next summer when we know our vacation dates!
