Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Condo was dirty. Found a receipt in bed room from 8/24. It’s 1/25. Amount of dust in room with air unit was crazy. No can opener. Microwave oven door handle broken. Asked for early check in off season and was told not available good unit just not well managed

This unit was everything we wanted. There was plenty of room for our family of 7, and it was right on the Boardwalk. Perfect view from the balcony of the kites. It could have been cleaned a little better, but, overall, not too bad. I would definitely stay here in the future

Great Family Stay

My family and I vacation at Ocean City yearly and this property was the best we’ve experienced. Very spacious, well furnished, and a large balcony with a fantastic view. We will definitely choose this property in the future.

Great time at wonderful location

Absolutely loved this condo. There were 5 of us and we had a wonderful time. The weather cooperated and we were able to walk on the Boardwalk. It was wonderful that linens were provided and the beds were made! We certainly will keep this property in our minds if we return!

This property could not have been better for our group of four. Three bedrooms, three bathrooms, kitchen, living room.....could not have been a better setup for our group. Location right on the boardwalk with a view of the ocean could not be beat. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful condo in an excellent location

The condo is huuuuge and lovely. It has an impressive view and is located right amidst the action on the Ocean City boardwalk. The building felt safe and updated. The condo itself felt very clean and comfortable.

Bathrooms were not cleaned very well and also doors going out onto balcony one was duct taped together and the one in the living room was hard to slide. Very nice place just may need to tell housekeeping to clean a little better and fix the doors. Other then that great stay

Nice weekend

We had a lovely stay at this apartment. The view and balcony are incredible. There is a lot of comfortable seating and great table to gather around. Everyone slept well. The biggest downside was the sliding door in the master bedroom - it is broken and wind comes through all night long. Both sliding doors are very difficult to slide. But the parking is great, building very secure, and location is right in the middle of the boardwalk. All in all, a very fun family weekend.
