The condo features a full kitchen, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2 Smart TVs, DVD player, free Wi-Fi, and central A/C. Parking is available for 1 car. This is a non-smoking unit. The building requires a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival, year-round. Off-season weekends available. Occupancy is 4.
