The Gateway was really excellent value for a cost. Staff was very friendly and helpful. My family has stayed in many places around Ocean City and this location was great for us. The lobby was extremely inviting and my son loved the complimentary coffee / hot chocolate bar. The pool area was clean and comfortable. We definitely can't say enough good things about this place.

Stayed in 505 , great view of the ocean . Large Balcony. Very Clean. No Safe in room, recommend better coffee selection in lobby though. Dunkin is 4 blocks away. Would stay again.

The cleaning gales were over nice! The eating area coffee bar was very nice. The 2 extra TV's in the hugh lovely lobby was really nice. We did watch the news. The smell in the lobby as soon as you opened the front doors was simply amazing!!!!All I can say, we will stay here again. Already told my friends.

We stayed at the Gateway for three nights to attend the Boardwalk Rock festival in May and had a wonderful experience. The rooms are well kept, updated, and clean, and have the added benefit of a mini fridge. Staff was helpful and courteous. Free parking, though spaces are tight. Perfect location to the boardwalk and for walking to the festival, as well as for local restaurants and shops (less than five minutes to walk anywhere).
