South Beach 509 is a beautiful, spacious SIDE UNIT IN OCEANFRONT BUILDING that has recently gone through extensive renovations. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean at 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level. Non-smoking, non/vaping. No pets, please. This property rents Saturday to Saturday. Bed sizes include 2 kings, 1 queen, 2 sets of bunk beds (4 singles) a double sleep sofa, and a roll away bed. Unit feature 5 flat screen televisions with streaming service as well as a full cable package including Hulu, ESPN+, Disney+, and Paramount+. Owner supplies the following for your convenience: Beach umbrella, Beach folding wagon, Beach Sport-Brella, Beach chairs, Children sand toys, Sand mats, Pack-N-Play, High-chair, Roll-away bed (single), Keurig coffee maker, Drip coffee machine. Please note this owner provides luxury linen service to all guests which includes 12 sets of washcloths, hand towels, and bath towels, 3 bathmats, 2 kitchen towels and 1 kitchen washcloth, plus all bed linens. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 - April 1. Garage clearance is 7 feet. This owner offers a $50 discount on a weekly rental for our military guests. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25. We make every effort to ensure the accuracy of our properties including photos, descriptions, pricing and amenities shown above. Although they are deemed reliable, they cannot be guaranteed. Friends golf getaway

The location was great for what we wanted. Walking distance to the bars we wanted to go to. Great views of the ocean and bay. The place was very nice and clean. We will definitely look into staying here again!

Great Family Getaway

Beautiful condo with everything you could ever think of. Right on the boardwalk and so much to do within walking distance. Plenty of room for 3 young couples, 2 grandkids, and myself. Wrap around porch was an added bonus. Would definitely stay here again!

Perfect Location for Spring Break

Ocean City Vacation

The rental property was beautiful high end kitchen and bathrooms beautifully decorated and perfect for our family of 10! Loved that it was right on the boardwalk close to the beach and lots of attractions I liked the fact that we had assigned parking and needed key fobs to enter the elevators only 1 negative was we couldn’t accethe outdoor shower to rinse our feet off besides that it was a very enjoyable week in OC!

The stay was absolutely wonderful, the property was excellent, great views and location.

I was torn between this property and two others but it was the views and the bright sunlight that made my decision. Renting it was flawless from beginning to end. The communication was excellent. We were even greeted with a goody bag for those items which may have been left or forgotten. I would definitely rent this same unit again . I came prepared with those items which are typically not found in the rentals elsewhere, however, this rental had everything and more. It was completely filled with all the amenities of your own home. Excellent stay… I will be back to this same unit. Thank you Sarah and John for making our stay a splendor.

Awesome property

This was an awesome property. Loved the location very clean . I am so picky when it comes to a clean property and I need to say this met all of our comfort levels. Only one minor issue the balcony does not face the ocean but if you walk out the front door you see the ocean . It was very minor cause as soon as you go downstairs you are literally on the boardwalk with plenty of places to eat. The indoor pool was nice it’s April so we literally had the pool to ourselves. Would use and recommend this property to friends and family for sure . Thank you for hosting us it was just like home !

Great spot and set up!

Great stay, the house was extremely clean, it had all the utensils you would need, and the beds are even comfy. Location and set up were fantastic. The rooms were spacious. Wrap around deck was huge so everyone could hang out too. It was on the boardwalk, on the beach, and just a minute from the bay. Can’t wait to be back here next year!

Great location and property size!

This condo was perfect for us! We had three adults and 7 children and we felt like we had plenty of space for everyone. Loved how close of a walk we were to the beach and boardwalk - would love to stay here again!

Excellent rental!

Thank you very much for a wonderful rental property. The check in process was flawless with Central reservations. In and out in less than 10 minutes. Property was clean and had toiletries for our stay. We will definitely look into staying here again in the future!

Beautiful condo, great location.

Condo was in excellent shape, it was even better than the pictures. Location was great, able to get anywhere easily and bus stop right down the street. We had 8 adults and had plenty of room for all of us. The kitchen was the best equipped kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Fire alarm went off at 1am, once out of the building called the after hours answering service and they were great at getting us answers about what was going. Will definitely stay here again next year.

Beautiful Apartment, Fabulous Location

We stayed here with family and friends and it was wonderful. There was plenty of room for everyone - you could congregate in the living/dining/kitchen open area or retreat for a nap in your bedroom. There was a wide range of ages of guests and we could do things together or separately. This location is directly on the boardwalk so lots to do. Parking is tight for larger vehicles (I drive a Honda Pilot). Building is super secure which made us all feel safe. We had to coordinate coming and goings as there is only 2 fobs to get in and out of the building. Beautiful views from all areas of the huge terrace that wrapped around most of the apartment. The weather was not cooperative but only made us feel like we needed a "do-over". We will be back! Thank you to Sarah & John - we felt right at home!

We had a blast!

What a beautiful condo! We all stayed here last year and thought we hit the motherload, but something happened over the year. New everything! We felt like royalty! What an awesome experience! Ten of us go to OC every year to reenergize! I hope we have the opportunity to use this beautiful place again. This condo has EVERYTHING! It’s amazing. Vacation was terrific!

The weather was terrible but the vacation was terrific! The condo was luxurious and thoughtfully appointed. Small details, and little extras made so much difference. The condo was very clean, inviting, comfortable, and had the touches of a terrific hostess/owner. We couldnt have been happier.

Nice place great location

Unit 509 was very nice & clean Internet didn’t work for 24 hrs but was fixed after a couple of calls Building wasn’t easy to navigate no clear signs for gym or indoor pools Had to call rental office to ask how to find it FYI 7th floor outside balcony toward bay

Wonderful Thanksgiving Holiday

Our family of five adults and two young children had an outstanding stay for four nights in this condo property. The complex sits right on the boardwalk on the south side of the island just a few minutes drive from the Route 50 bridge. The location is excellent, not dominated by high-rises and less than twenty minutes to Assateague Island National Seashore. Walking south on the boardwalk we came across a playground -- perfect for our toddlers. Also walking south about five minutes from the complex is a fenced areas for kids with a dinosaur coming out of the sand! Swimming at the complex is not an option in the off-season. The indoor pool is closed. The living room area is spacious and comfortable with a working fireplace (gas). One of the two balconies faces west to the inner-coastal waterway. In warmer weather we could imagine enjoying appetizers out there at sunset. Each of the three bedrooms has its own TV, full bath or shower, and the master bathroom has both a shower and a whirlpool tub. The dining table seats six comfortably, and there are three bar stools at the counter. We appreciated that the rental agency (located about a ten-minute drive from the condo) gave us three fobs to use for the elevator and the parking garage. We had asked for these when we made our reservation. Parking is by assigned spaces, although this wasn't a problem since there were only a few other guests in the complex. Not surprising for Thanksgiving. The condo was spotless, and having both a drip coffee pot and a Keurig was really great. The heat was warm and efficient, although cooler in the bedrooms. Not a problem as we brought linens and quilts with us (the beds all have bedspreads but we always travel with extra bedding). We would have given our stay 5 stars (it really is a great unit in a great location), but we felt the kitchen could have been be more fully stocked and updated. There were no serving dishes and only one serving platter, so we ended up spending time trying to figure out how to serve our Thanksgiving meal, then buying tin foil substitutes at Food Lion. Not a big deal, but worth mentioning for larger groups. We would definitely stay here again, and we agreed that this is the perfect location in Ocean City for summer rentals: on the boardwalk and beach, a leisurely walk to the amusement park, and much lighter traffic than you'll find further north on the island. You're also only ten minutes across the bridge from Food Lion and the outlet stores.
