DIRECT BAYFRONT 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom mid-town large condo with a rooftop pool - you'll love this Sunset Pointe condo! Only 2 blocks to the beach and Atlantic Ocean and only one block from the free public boat ramp if you choose to bring your boat or jet skis. Relax on the bayfront balcony and enjoy the best sunsets in Ocean City! The master bedroom has a king bed, the second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds with a double bed on the bottom, a twin on top and an additional twin bed so you can sleep 8 people comfortably. This condo offers Smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows (with your login credentials.) There's also high speed internet/wifi and a full-sized washer and dryer. This condo is on the second floor and the building has an elevator. You'll also get two parking spots. Sunset Pointe is in one of the best parts of town for restaurants, bars, mini-golf, watercraft rentals, etc. You are in walking distance to great Ocean City hotspots such as Seacrets, Fager's Island, Bad Monkey, Dead Freddie's, Saltwater 75, Ropewalk and more!This is the perfect condo for the perfect Ocean City vacation! *This property allows 2 night minimum stays until Memorial Day weekend.*

*Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no excpetions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.

*The property comes with comforters/blankets and pillows. However, linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $135.00. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillow cases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.

We require a copy of a valid Driver's License or Government photo ID from the primary guest once booked.**

*Outdoor pools are open seasonally, typically at a minimum Memorial Day - Labor Day. Dates and times are determined by each building and OCMD Getaways has no control over open dates and times.

Nice place!

My husband and I stayed here with our four young kids! The bunk beds were perfect for them and they had so much fun taking turns on the top bunk. Such a convenient area and we loved the view from our balcony! Would 100% stay here again.

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great! Close to bus route which only costs $4 pp all day. The room had a beautiful bay/salt marsh view. The area was good with shops, restaurants, liquor and grocery stores nearby. Check in was a breeze and place was clean and as pictured on listing. The property manager was quick to respond to any issues or questions. I would consider staying here again.

Beautiful property

Everything was great, I just didn’t realize that it was so close to Rt 90 so at times you heard loud cars trucks and motorcycles in the master bedroom and the kids room were by the walkway / elevator so some mornings they were woken up by voices in the hallway. Beautiful property, very comfortable stay.

Beautiful bay view

The property was beautiful and maintained very well. Beautiful flow and design. Location to beach was just few blocks. Grocery store right next to us. The only downsides were no baggage carts or garbage shoot. We were more than capable with the whole family to easily get everything. Overall a great experience, thank you!
