The Sands 102 is a lovely condominium located on the ocean block. This one bedroom, one-bathroom condo with a furnished balcony with partial beach view and great bay view. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a few days! The Sands 102 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The casual living room is furnished with suede couches, a blue arm chair, television and Blue Ray Player. The larger couch doubles as a queen-size sleep sofa. The sliding balcony doors allow plenty of natural light to brighten the space. Right off of the living room is a dining area, perfect for enjoying meals with the family. Next to the dining area is the fully-stocked kitchen with a wooden counter top. Also off of the kitchen is the full bathroom. The bedroom has two double beds, television with Blue Ray Player and access to the hall bathroom. View of bay across the street. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Unit 102 has the following amenities: two air conditioning units, one parking space, two TVs and 2 Blue Ray Players, free WiFi, cable TV, heat, stack washer and dryer, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, stove, disposal, dishwasher, and an outdoor foot shower.

Cute place but lots of road noise

Close walk to the beach and all stores and very comfortable unit. Our only complaint was its on a major road.

Condo Review

The condo was pretty much the way it looked in pictures . Given my stay was last minute , I feel that I would have held out for a more up-dated rental had I had more time to shop & look around . With that being said , the condo was clean and well equipped . Just not much bang for the buck . Given the circumstances , I would stay again , just would like to see newer touches to the decor

The property itself was great and location was good. Parking situation wasn’t so good since our vehicle was taller than 6’. Had to find parking elsewhere. The linens should have come with the stay and bed should have been made for us.. No one wants to do house work on vacation. Plus 2 towels were dirty when they were just laundered had to rewash them before we could use them.

Great location, nice set up

This is was our families 3rd year staying in O.C., the apartment is a one bedroom with 2 double beds, and a living room with a pull out sofa (queen) as well as a love seat that can be used for sleeping. Kitchen came with plenty of dish/ cooking wear. washer and dryer. located on 77 th street, away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk, with a short drive away. Very private and cozy, home away from home, plenty of eateries within walking distance, beach is a short walk through the back yard. Our family had zero complaints! If your looking for a private beach get away and dont mind cleaning up after yourself (no cleaning service ) this is the spot for you, quite, relaxing.

Needs updated

The unit looked clean, but there seemed to be sticky feel to the furniture, also the Unit was very outdated. The batteries were dead in the remotes for the TV's, had to use my own to replace them with. The shower fixtures moved back and forth from the wall and their was practically no shower pressure. Couldn't have asked for a better location, as it was only a 2 minute walk to the beach and water. Overall the condo was ok, but the location made it a lot better.

Write-up is misleading

They advertised 1.5 bathrooms and it only had one bathroom. Also the one air conditioner didn’t work.

Cute place! Very clean and loved the location. Easy walk to the beach and comfy beds. Only thing we had difficulty with was the shower. Very low pressure and no stream when trying to fill up the bathtub for my 8 month old daughter. Otherwise wonderful place!
