Tiny room but decent enough. Air conditioner got very noisy but did work. Pool was clean and nice. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room serviced each day. Some of the clientel stayed on the porch smoking weed everyday without being redirected away from entrance. Was very close to the boardwalk and beach very convenient location. All in all would stay again.

A/C rocked! Tiny room, but we're at the beach!! Fridge was cold,shower was hot & bed was comphy enough. Excellent location. 3 blocks to the Reel Inn & a taco joint next door along with other restaurants close by. The price for 4 nights was reasonable as well.

Staff was friendly. The room was cute. But the door was unlocked when we got there. Anyone could’ve went in the room and destroyed it. We did let the staff know. They did seem very concerned. Room was cleaned. The water pressure was terrible other than that, it was a good stay!

Really great room for the price we payed! But if you are looking for 5 star this is not the one. It took 15 minutes to get hot water which is whatever, the AC filter looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years so we cleaned it ourselves which again no big deal. Bathroom was a little dirty and there was a hair clip left up on the shower curtain hanger, and room was a little small for 4 people! This was a very last minute booking but all together we made it work! Staff was super nice and helpful as well!

We stayed at the location right across the street from the boardwalk- room was a little small for the 4 of us but, we made it work. The pool was clean & the staff were very friendly. I was traveling with three disabled people. We were only going down for the day. We weren’t even going to stay over. We just needed a place to rest and change. Check in wasn’t til 4pm. We got there at 1:30pm and our room was ready. We were able to rest a little after the ride and use the pool. The room was clean. Shereka checked us in and was very informative, and very helpful.

I stayed the july 31st til Aug.2nd the location was great .The room was great the only thing that pissed me off was the whole stay the tv didnt work because the wifi is not strong enough to reach that building room 220 so beware and if l didnt say nothing about the charge they would not have given me back 100 bucks.But overall a good stay air works very well .Yes l would stay again but not in that building

The property had everything you needed to keep yourself clean and sleep. There are no staff present in this building. You check in across the street at the main hotel. The issue this creates is people are much less inclined to be considerate of others. Our first night there were multiple children running up and down the stairs and hallways until 1am. The second night intoxicated folks were banging on the door next to ours trying to locate which room their friend was in. The location itself was conveniently located and you do get to use the main hotel amenities. We would stay here again. The price and location make up for most inconveniances.

Parking was horribly tight, room and bathroom were very small. Overall pretty clean. We had outside door entrance, no lighting, very difficult to see at night especially if raining. Walls super thin. Unfortunately had a joint door to the room next door. Could hear everything, sadly they were extremely loud, could smell the extra curricular activities they took part in. Cute place, close to the beach, but most likely won’t stay there again. Sadly a bit disappointed.

The place is clean. The staff was welcoming and helpful however the room they put us in is 106 which was close to the entrance and exit. Was very annoying we cut our stay short cause it's hard to get rest when the door keeps slamming everywhere 2 seconds. The room also isn't sound proof. So you can hear all the commotion in the hall. The room with a king bed is a tight space. I did not like that room at all. We made the most of it 1 day and left the next day.

The room was clean and house keeping did come by daily to switch out towels. Take note however, the room is very small. With only a mini fridge that doesn't hold much. Biggest complaint is the bed was VERY uncomfortable. I woke up with a sore back every morning. Terrible mattress! Also... Expedia makes it sound like parking is included. That is NOT the case. We had to pay for parking, over $20 a day. Was not happy about this at all.

I really enjoy my stay. I went down by myself to be in the area while my daughter attended senior week. The place was clean, the staff were so friendly. My room was the perfect size for just myself. I would stay again. I wish the check in took place in the building and not across the street and that the room was available at the 4pm check in time. I had to wait an hour to actually get in my room. Other than that, everything was good.

Room its self had a quick clean job, dust, couple pieces of food along the walls and under the bed. Sheets and blankets were clean. Bathroom was clean and shower had good pressure. Parking is NOT included in the price and is 20 dollars a night. We stayed in a double bed economy room and the building was very loud and you could hear every persons door close on the whole floor. TV is pointless since it’s a smart TV that requires WiFi and there wasn’t any WiFi to connect too! Bring a noise machine or ear plugs if your a light sleeper. Overall you get what you pay for, ok room to sleep in and not much else.
