This condo is on Robin Drive near 28th Street, on the bay side of Ocean City along a quiet canal. The north end of the Boardwalk at 27th Street, and the beach beside it, are about a 15-minute walk. Jolly Roger Amusement Park, the Ocean City Convention Center and Seacrets are each about 5–6 minutes by car. The Coastal Highway Beach Bus runs the length of town from the South Division Street station to 144th Street, every 15 minutes or so in summer, so you can leave the car parked for evenings out.

We’ll follow up with a short online registration once you book. It’s fast, simple, and helps us prepare for your visit. Non-Airbnb guests will be asked to pay a small damage waiver OR refundable deposit.

For extra flexibility, consider adding trip insurance for a nominal fee. It can cover you if you need to cancel at the last minute.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
