Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect location with the need for some upkeep

Overall the property was as described, however, lacked the additional touches of a 5 star stay. Simple items like toilet paper, paper towels, cups, dishes etc. we’re quite limited. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms relatively clean, however our stay was slightly dampened by a broken AC unit and a broken shower curtain. The AC unit was fixed in roughly 4 hours. These things happen, Vacasa was reasonably responsive about it. The shower curtain took about 48 hours to fix which was disappointing considering how simple it would have been (we actually fixed it slightly to make due in the mean time). The property could use a good deep clean as some left over items like swim suits, toothbrushes and other various items were left behind making it very clear not every area is checked. Lots of dust spots, but considering the price in comparison to similar units, not a terrible value by any means. The balcony was fantastic!

Absolutely appalled by Vacasa

My family and I stayed in this condo for the weekend for a cheerleading competition. From the start we had problems in this condo. No working wifi. Which really isn’t the end of the world. But the place was absolutely filthy. Couches were covered in stains, crumbs and clearly never cleaned. The floor had used tissues, food, trash, caked on dust. There was trash everywhere. Food in the sink. Broken microwave. Refrigerator was disgusting. The bathrooms had floor rugs shoved in closets dirty wrapped around plungers. And so much more. We reached out to Vacasa, 7 times. 7. Via app. Email. Phone and text. And we’re blown off every time. Aside from the gentleman on the phone, who at least got someone to fix the wifi and promised a cleaning crew..who never showed. We asked to be moved and were ignored. There was blood and vomit on mattress covers and sheets. Will never stay again and do not recommend Vacasa.

Amazing value and perfect location!

We were so pleasantly surprised by this place, it was much bigger than it looked in the pictures and the location could not have been better. Check in and out was easy, would definitely rent again.
