Located in the heart of midtown Ocean City, this charming townhouse offers the perfect blend of comfort and convenience for your beach getaway. With multiple levels of beautiful deck space and a stunning view of Assawoman Bay, this home provides space for the whole family to spread out and relax.

This multi-story home is located on Sunset Island, an exclusive bayside community of Ocean City with a lovely walking path that encircles it. This home has one of the most sought-after locations in Sunset Island, as the bayside beach, heated community indoor and outdoor pools, fitness center and restaurant are all right across the street! You'll be less than a 10-minute stroll from the beautiful ocean beach, plenty of shopping, restaurants, a grocery store, mini-golf and much more.

After a day of sun and sand, step outside onto one of the decks and bask in the fragrant coastal breeze. Take your pick between Adirondack chairs, a cushioned outdoor sofa, or bistro seats for unforgettable evenings of watching the sunset over the bay.

Inside, you'll find a well-equipped kitchen with all the amenities you need to prepare delicious meals, an adjacent dining area with room for everyone, and an inviting living room with a large Roku TV (with access to cable and streaming). With central air conditioning, a washer/dryer, five bedrooms each with their own Roku TV, and high-speed internet access, this home has all the modern conveniences to make your stay enjoyable.

Things to Know
A building registration fee includes six facility passes and three parking passes. Additional facility passes are $70 per pass, per person per week. Children three and under do not require a facility pass. The fees are the following: January 1 - April 30 and October – December 31 = $100. May 1 - May 25 = $150. Sunday before Memorial Day, May 26 to Saturday after Labor Day, September 7 = $200. September 8 - September 30 = $150.Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.This home has a ring doorbell on the front door.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Family beach vacation

We had a great time during our beach vacation. Location of property was wonderful, plenty of things to do both in the community & nearby, property was spacious & accommodated our family of 7 with plenty of room to spare. Cleanliness was meh but we acknowledge this home is a high traffic rental catering to larger groups.
