Meticulously maintained condo for your enjoyment. This is our home away from home that we use often and we would love to share with you. Direct communication with the owner throughout your stay. Come make family memories!

New for 2023: Freshly painted decks and entire interior. Also, new carpeting in both bedrooms.

Direct Bayfront 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with amazing views! Corner unit with both western and southern facing balconies; offering breathtaking sunset views and plenty of warm natural light throughout the condo. Master bedroom offers a comfortable queen sized bed and a private screened in balcony with seating for 5 to enjoy dinner or drinks. Master bath has a large walk-in shower. Second bedroom features a full over full sized bunk bed, as well as a twin extra long bed. Guest bathroom has a tub/shower combination. Bright, open floor plan in the main living area with a cozy living room, dining area, and kitchen; all with spectacular views of the bay! The second large balcony off the living room offers another comfortable outdoor space to relax; with an additional large table and chairs. Although this is a third floor walk-up, the views are well worth it! This is a great mid-town location within walking distance of many of Ocean City’s finest restaurants. The beach is less than two blocks away and a easy walk across the street. There are no high rise buildings in this part of OC and therefore the beach is always far less crowed than other areas. There are two assigned parking spots for the unit. There is an outdoor shower for your convenience after a fun day at the beach. This is a wonderful location where you will truly enjoy the peace and serenity of the bay after a full day of exploring all that Ocean City has to offer!

Great place for a getaway!

Nice location, loved the views. Short walk to the beach and a handful of restaurants. Clean and comfortable inside with wonderful decks. Place worked out great for our group of 4.

Great condo close to the beach!

Very comfortable and well stocked condo. Close to the beach and they provide chairs, cart, umbrella, etc. which made it very convenient for the 2.5 block walk. Would absolutely stay here again!

Beautiful condo/perfect location!

My girlfriends and I stayed here for our annual beach trip and this condo was absolutely perfect! The views are amazing!! The place was very clean, and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. It was quiet in the neighborhood and in perfect distance to multiple restaurants & bars. We would absolutely love to stay here again! Also, the host was very responsive and helpful.

Incredible views, peaceful stay

The condo was perfect for our family of four! We so enjoyed the view from the balconies and living room, incredible sunsets, and birdwatching. We remarked frequently at how quiet and peaceful the place was given that it is just one block off the main OC drag. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were super comfortable. Easy walk to the beach as well! We definitely want to return.

Family Gathering

Traveled to a family reunion in Berlin. OCM provided a great location to enjoy family members and beach time. Jude’s place was fantastic. It provided the ultimate location to recharge after all the fun activities enjoyed with family. I would highly recommend this location and would rebook again. Thank you Jude for a wonderful stay.

Just lovely

It was exactly what we need, a clean, peaceful and relaxing place with a lovely view of the bay and numerous useful items to take to the beach as well. Great fir the family, whether your family is big or small and the spacious facilit doesn't give you that feeling of being over top of one another.

We absolutely adored staying on the property. Jude is an awesome person, answered all of our questions, and always responded to emails in a timely manner. I loved the balcony looking onto the water, I felt like I was on a cruise!!! The place was very clean and homely! I will definitely visit again and try to stay a little longer.

Beautiful Condo on the Bay

We had a wonderful stay! This bay front condo is decorated so nicely and the views are gorgeous. It was still an easy 2- block walk to the beach. Many nearby restaurants. We especially enjoyed the outside bar and atmosphere of Ropewalk. Jude was very accommodating and made this an easy, much-needed get-a-way!

Loved this place!

My boyfriend and I stayed here and when we first walked in we were impressed by the spectacular views from the living area and balconies. If you are into birding, there are many water birds out in the marshes to see! The entire condo was immaculate, and the kitchen was well appointed with dishes, pots and pans, spices, etc.--everything you need. The two deck boxes are loaded with beach equipment including many chairs, wagons, a cooler, beach toys, umbrella, games. Excellent communication with the host who had suggestions on activities and checked in to make sure all was well. The place exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay again.

Great Place and Host

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Ocean City (July 8-13). This was our 2nd trip to OC and 1st at The Ritz condo complex. Location was excellent with gorgeous sunset views as advertised, and a short walk to the ocean beach. The beach itself had plenty of room. Walking distance from several good restaurants including newly opened Saltwater 75. Out unit was spotless and our host (Jude) beyond accommodating.

Fantastic in every way!

2 couples stayed to meet a large group of friends and family staying area. Condo was just perfect for 2 couples with plenty of space. Super well equipped! Great communication with owner. Wonderful location and close to everything! We've already booked same places for next year! Highly recommend!

Fantastic Condo in OC

We really enjoyed staying in this space! It was bayfront and had amazing views of the bay and sunsets. It was close to the beach as well, with ample beach gear provided. Cozy and spacious retreat

Lovely property with amazing views. Loved the proximity to the beach and amenities but the distance from the fray. The two bathrooms is a must for families and it was nice touch to have the washer and dryer. There was plenty of room to sleep and spread out and the common area was much enjoyed as well as the ability to dine or hang out on both balcony’s with wonderful bay views . Can’t wait to come back .

Home away from home

Nice, quiet, and relaxing condo in Ocean City that made you feel like you were at home. We were close enough that the drive to the board walk only took 10 min, but still had beautiful bay views, quiet evenings, could walk to the beach, and were close enough to everything else (mini golf, ice cream, restaurants, grocery stores) that made this honestly feel like a hidden gem tucked in Ocean City. The owners were also great and responsive to any of our questions. Definitely great escape for families to have fun and make some memories.

Wonderful and clean place with freat bay views

Stayed with my family of 4, including two teens. Plenty of space and spent every night on the master bedroom balcony watching sunset. Quiet, clean and could walk to just about everything we needed. Jude checked in a few times throughout the stay but honestly, we had everything we needed and everything was well labeled and documented so we didnt need any extra help. Would highly recommend

An AMAZING place to stay in Ocean City

I have been coming to Ocean City ever since I was a kid, but this might have been one of the best stays ever. Jude's condo is fantastic. It's located in a perfect mid-town area, so everything you want to see and do is either walkable or just a short drive away. The condo itself has enough room for everyone to spread out, with two balconies that give stunning views of the bay (especially at sunset.) The kitchen is well stocked and gave us the ability to cook several meals. One of the best parts was the communication with Jude. He checked in several times to see if we needed anything. He also had GREAT recommendations about places to visit. Overall, this was one of the best places I have ever stayed in Ocean City. Thanks Jude!

Excellent Experience

The condo was amazing! It had everything we needed plus more. The deck outside the master bedroom was my favorite. I could quietly relax when I needed the time with an amazing view. The place was very neat and very accommodating. There was a variety of games to play, WiFi, space to eat inside/outside, washer/dryer…very well equipped. The stairs to the condo was the small challenge, but We looked at it as our form of exercise each day. I would definitely recommend and would definitely choose this place again! Thanks so much for the hospitality!

Wonderful Vacation

Nicely decorated. Short walk, about 2blocks, to the ocean and the bay view is beautiful! Just be aware for those who have dog allergies: Even though it is advertised as pet free, there was a significant amount of dog hair that the cleaning service didn’t clean up prior to our arrival. When we first arrived we cleaned it up, all good after that! New furniture and included beach chairs and umbrella. It was the perfect size and so comfortable. This place even had paper products. Highly recommend!
