Summary:
Amazing family friendly condo nestled right on the Ocean City’s Assawoman Bay. For your vacation pleasure, we are a short walk to both the beach and Ocean City’s famous boardwalk. Pointe on the Bay is a year round resort. Pet friendly!

The Space:
This condo has been recently updated and is spacious and airy with plenty of natural light. The balcony view looks out directly to the pool with a distant view of the Assawoman Bay. Six people can sleep comfortably. The main bedroom includes a king bed and a private bathroom. Our guest room has two twin beds. Our "bunk nook" is really like a 3rd bedroom geared for children as it contains a youth bunk bed, clothing storage, and a window with a door for privacy. The overall layout is perfect for families with children. With a full kitchen and in-unit washer and dryer, you can pack as light as you want. Your options for dining and fun are endless with the convenient location - walk to the beach, the boardwalk, restaurants, and attractions.

For your convenience, Pointe on the Bay also offers guests an on-site boat ramp, boat dockage along the canal, a fishing pier, and boat trailer parking. So, bring your boat and prepare for a great visit to Ocean City.

Linens, Towels, Wi-Fi included. Pet Fee of $125 (2 pets) is taken at check-in - each additional pet is $75. Dogs, cats and caged birds are permitted.

Stroll the Ocean City Boardwalk
The three-mile-long boardwalk is a lively stretch with something for everyone, from amusement rides and arcades to restaurants and unique shops. Don’t miss Thrasher’s French Fries, Fisher’s Popcorn, and rides at Trimper’s Amusements!

Just a short drive away, this beautiful barrier island is famous for its wild horses and pristine beaches. It’s a perfect spot for wildlife viewing, swimming, and kayaking, offering a peaceful escape from the hustle and bustle of Ocean City.
3. Enjoy Water Sports and Boat Tours
Ocean City offers a variety of water sports, from jet skiing and paddleboarding to parasailing. If you're into fishing, the city is known as the "White Marlin Capital of the World." You can also take a scenic boat cruise, dolphin-watching tour, or rent a boat to explore the bay on your own.
4. Explore Jolly Roger Amusement Parks
With locations at the pier and on 30th Street, Jolly Roger offers plenty of family-friendly attractions, including roller coasters, mini-golf, go-karts, and water slides. The Jolly Roger Splash Mountain is a favorite during hot summer days.
5. Visit the Ocean City Life-Saving Station Museum
For a dose of local history, this museum at the southern end of the boardwalk offers a fascinating look into Ocean City’s maritime past. Exhibits feature artifacts, shipwreck stories, beach patrol history, and an aquarium with local sea life.
