"We had a great stay at Spring Bay Villas. The space was cosy, well equiped, clean and peaceful. The large windows and doors opened up to a balcony and beautiful garden, full of birds and life. The location was close to Denmark town, beaches and walks but also allowed for a peaceful getaway. It was easy to commuicate with the managment, Tessa and Andy of the place, and we are very happy we chose them as our stay in beautiful Denmark (WA). "

"Hi - I was not sent any instructions regarding how to access the property. I eventually got hold of the host contact, to be told that they had sold the property 2 years ago. Luckily he had and passed on the new owner's number, who took my call and assisted. A lot of the cookware needed washing before use - it was dirty. The bathroom was almost unusable on some days because of the extremely musty smell. It almost made me sick. There was evidence of mice living in the couch (mouse droppings and lolly wrappers etc). There were baby roaches everywhere, and millipedes (I can accept the millipedes but it terrified my kids). I left some bread out (in packet) on the counter and it was infested by black ants almost immediately. I get that it's the country, I'm a country girl, but for the price that we paid per night, I expect not to be walking around afraid of stepping on millipedes/roaches etc. The toilet door was coming apart at the bottom - the house is not being maintained properly. Shower curtain being used as a curtain in the bathroom? In short, could be a great house, lots of rooms, but it really needs pest control and a good clean up. The worst thing was when I unpacked my bag when I got home and 3 roaches crawled out - I feel pretty revolted when I think about it. "
