"Fantastic location, walking distance to many restaurants and activities. Hala was amazing to work with and responded immediately. Easy check in. Place was spotless - and we are sticklers for cleanliness. We are hoping to stay again in the future. No coffee maker but that turned out to be a plus because there was a french press and I forgot how could coffee could be with a french press!! Kitchen was easy to find everything. i could go on and on - it just was perfect."

"Love staying at the Sea Breeze Beach House. This is our second visit for our girls trip. It's the perfect size for our group. The house is clean and fully stocked. Pictures shown are accurate. Sonja is very responsive and helpful. My granddaughters are already making plans to come back next year."
"This was a nice quiet spot. The restaurant and bar right on the property is a bonus. The room was beautifully decorated & clean. The hosts were very responsive & courteous. I would definitely stay again! "

"On 2nd story, easy stairs or elevator, Shuckers restaurant (decent food and music) is connected. Pull out sofa was comfy as well as the master bed. It was quiet and stayed reasonably dark in the morning with the curtains closed. 2 separate balconies (one in Master and one off Living Room) Kuerig, pans, spices, blender... provided. I'd stay again! Welcome basket was a nice touch!"
"It was our second time staying on Nettles island and then island was as great as last time. Our first time at this property and it was absolutely perfect!! It’s beautifully furnished, perfectly laid out. It was just my husband and myself but could comfortable accommodate additionally guests. For just the 2 of us we were in heaven. Everything was exceptionally clean, new kitchen appliances, nice big tv in master room. The golf cart was a fun extra. The size of the master, the master bath and living room/kitchen area were all superb. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to go back! "
"This home was very comfortable with all updated appliances and all utensils and products we needed for food prep, cooking, cleanup, laundry, etc. The beds were comfy, and the bedrooms had plenty of storage. There were good quality beach chairs available to us, and a golf cart that you can rent (which we did.) The home was not far from the entrance of the Park and close to Park activities as well. The private pool across the street is great and offers easy access to the Atlantic Ocean and beach which was never crowded. The host was helpful and responsive. Be sure to visit Conchy Joe's for drinks, appetizers, and dinner - it's just before the bridge that goes over the causeway. Also, Shuckers restaurant and many others close by on the Island. We would definitely stay again! "

"There were a few little snags in the beginning but we worked past those. There were some issues with electrical outlets not working but that was supposed to be fixed in the future. The Host was kind and helpful, accommodating us as much as possible. Our overall experience was great for the most part. The kids loved the pool and the property. Beautiful views and location."
