No smoking. Do not rearrange furniture. Additional charges apply if any damage to property or its contents. No illegal activities and illegal substances are allowed in the property and its premises.
* No partying allowed. The back portion of the house has separate entrance and has bath attached space for workers to rest. No body is staying there. * No pets are allowed in this property
