"Apparently the usual process is to receive a lock box code which gives access to the room key. This didn't happen and although there was someone in the restaurant on the ground floor, waiting for others (it turned out) to make the place ready for service, he just shouted at me through a locked (glazed )door, then ignored me. "We had a very pleasant stay at the Premier Inn Heilbronn. The hotel is in a great central location, with everything in the city center within easy walking distance. The parking garage is right next door, which makes arrival and departure very convenient. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Heilbronn. Highly recommended!"
