"Hotel was beautiful and staff was extremely helpful. One person showed us amenities in room and another brought luggage. We felt very special. Ate at Cafe in hotel lobby - found prices to be reasonable and staff accommodating. I also enjoyed the piano player. The only negative is that there must not be a noise ordinance law in Cairo - loud noise/music played in the square below until 1:15 am and there was nothing u could do about it. We were on a high floor and music was loud and for me, super annoying."

"From check in to check out Sama hotel sherif bash was awesome. Staff arranged for an airport pickup and helped with our luggage up to our rooms. They were clean and had enough space for our belongings. The bathrooms were clean and the shower got hot. The staff continually checked in on our needs and offered various amenities. I could not recommend this hotel enough. I felt safe and comfortable for my entire stay. They also offered free breakfast but unfortunately we were not around for it."

"Great hotel - just as well as Cairo was a big disappointment! We booked the opera suite which was exceptionally good value. The club room was fantastic for evening drinks/nibbles and for breakfast. The staff at the hotel were fantastic - from checking in to the staff at the clubroom. Would recommend"

"The hotel is in the perfect location in the middle of the Nile. However be forewarned, it is very, very noisy. The music from river boats blares until 3:00 or 4:00 in the morning. The pounding music from the disco goes on all night! The hotel seems to cater to a youngish, hip party crowd."

"Very good. Reception was a little slow and what would normally be a minor issue re room upgrade was more challenging than elsewhere. On the plus side, the shower was fantastic, house keeping excellent, concierge terrific, restaurants very good, breakfast good. The important question would I recommend the Four Seasonns, the answer is yes"
