The staff were very welcoming, with a quick and efficient check in/out. We ate in the restaurant for our evening meal and breakfast, both were top notch. "Our room was small, but had an additional sunroom off the side. It was nice to look out at the fog on the mountains. The hotel was up quite a steep hill, however. It might not be good for someone who cannot do that climb. It is very close to a beautiful waterfall."
