"A great stay in a beautiful property with amazing views. Property manager was excellent and really helpful in sorting any issues. The area around Kolbnitz is very beautiful with lots of cycling and walking options. Thoroughly recommend exploring the lakes of Millstatter and Weissen."

"Prima huis, in een mooie omgeving waar veel te beleven valt als je van een actieve vakantie houdt. We hadden 2 huizen gehuurd, in het ene huis was geen stofzuiger of bezem te bekennen. In het andere huis wel een stofzuiger deze was echter helemaal verstopt! De pannen waren waardeloos, bodem beschadigt."

"Auf der Sonnenterrasse der Kärntner Alpen an oberen Ende eines alten Dorfes. der Platz wurde bereits im 15 Jhdt. bebaut und bewohnt. Das Alter des Hauses war unbestimmt, aber sicher alt. Modernisiert mit E.Heizung, im Bad der Fußboden, haben wir eigentlich nur einen alten Holzofen vermisst. Der hätte Platz genau dort, wo der Fernseher steht, den eigentlich Niemand mehr braucht, in dieser Lage, in dieser schönen Umgebung. Und das Wetter wie fast immer um diese Jahreszeit einfach traumhaft....

"Wir wurden herzlich von der Vermieterin empfangen! Sehr schöne und ruhig gelegene Hütte, perfekt zum entspannen in den Bergen! Wir haben trotz unseren Pubertieren kein Fernseher oder sonstiges vermisst! Küche war ausgestattet! Wir kommen gerne wieder!"

"Sehr schönes Ferienhaus nahe dem Skigebiet Heiligenblut. Wir haben mit 8Personen eine gute Zeit in Großkirchheim und Umgebung verbracht. Das Ferienhaus ist sehr sauber und bestens für 8Personen ausgestattet. Sehr zu empfehlen!"

"Bei unserer Anreise fanden wir den Hausschlüssel in einem Schlüsselsafe. Das war ein bequemer und schneller check in. Leider wurde das Haus nicht sehr ordentlich geputzt. Der Fußboden war staubig und sandig, der nagelneue Bodenbelag von den Esszimmerstühlen bereits sehr zerkratzt, die Toilettenschüsseln von außen schmutzig, das Waschbecken und der Spiegel im Badezimmer leider mit Zahnpastarückständen, die Mikrowelle war außer Funktion. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Vermieter erfolgte nur auf...

Was wirklich super war, wir sind kurz vor Urlaubsantritt über die geltenden Einreisebestimmungen informiert worden. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub wir können das Houghton Haus weiterempfehlen."

"We stayed in Stephan's chalet i week 11 2017 and had a wonderful holiday. The chalet is cozy, well maintained, very clean and has a great location in the out skirts of Bad Gastein (10 minutes car drive from ski lift in Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein). Our communication with Stephan was really good. He always answered our requests very quickly, and we therefore felt us good taken care of when we stayed in his chalet. We give Stephan and his chalet 5 stars! Of course there is always a bit room...

"Loved the stay. Apartment was very new and looked exactly like the photographs, with an amazing view of the mountains from the balcony. Owner was very kind as well in letting us check out late with no fuss. Apartment was a short 7min drive to Bad Gastein center. 10/10 would recommend. "

"Wonderful views of an amazing lake from this property, which has obviously been well-crafted and well-loved by the owners, who are friendly, accommodating, and professional. It's hard to choose where to spend your time between the main floor, the upper deck, or the water-level veranda/dock, but you can't really go wrong. Hiking and biking are just out the door, the Laggerhof is right up the hill for a meal or a drink, and the ferry stop next door will take you wherever you like (and back)...
