"The hotel is very nice and seems rather new. Gosau is a lovely village close to Hallstatt, but you don't have to deal with all the tourists. The service was good, except for the fact that our bathroom sink would not drain. We informed the reception desk of this on our first night (Friday), but it was never fixed nor did they offer to transfer us to a different room."

"Absolutely amazing. Loved and used the Sauna facilities everyday of my stay. I appreciated that a fan was provided for convenience during warm weather. Only wished there were more dinning options in the area. But overall, incredible accommodations. I would stay there again. Parking was $18/day. "

"I loved my stay (second time) at this beautiful and genteel property. It isn’t your fault but my neighbors were having extremely loud sex in the wee hours of the morning. I thought the woman was being murdered at first. It went on and on and on. Other than that everything was peaceful and serene. I think she was having a wonderful time. It was just a bit obnoxious and probably scary for the children who heard it bouncing off the lake and mountains😬😘I appreciate all you do to make your guests happy and welcome and appreciated. I loved my driver to the Salzburg train station, it was the second time he’s driven me to get to the places I need to be to start my journey back to Florida. If I could figure out a way I would love to live in beautiful St. Wolfgang❤️❤️❤️"

"The property is top notch apart from the lift which was not working when we checked out and the guy who was trying to fix the lift didn't even bother to tell us when it will be fixed when we asked him. Not that friendly to be honest. Apart from that everything was great."

"I was late arriving but was left very clear check in instructions. My single room was perfect for me with a nice shower and sink, only needing to share the toilet with one other room so no problem. The view from the balcony was breathtaking. Possibly my only gripe was that breakfast was a little on the pricey side at €18 and there was a parking charge of €12 per day. Having said that I’ve rarely had breakfast on a more beautiful terrace right on the lake so I guess you are paying for that really. Contrary to some other reviews I found the man on the desk to be very helpful and nice. All in all a fantastic stay in a perfect location"
