"Hotel is located right on the lake, we stayed there for 3 nights ( family trip). The room decor is beauriful but very unusual. All walls, including ceiling are painted in black navy, extremely dark, walls have also some wood paneling, some mirrors, with very, very, very few lights. It was so dark, we kept bumping into walls and mirrors. Its a very theatrical decor, just not practical. Also, the grass, lawn, trees, shrubs were dried up, dying. I know Lucerne area has had little rain but landscaping is part of the hotel's appeal and sprinkler system should be installed. Dried up, yellow bushes, dried up yellow lawn, dying trees - it doesn't look very inviting."

"I was here as part of a wedding party and the hotel and staff were very nice. They even made portable A/C units available for us. The location is easy to reach by train."

"Great 4 room lake view hotel with plenty of shared living room space, fridge with freezer, bottled water, coffee, washer and dryer with detergent, large lake view roof top space, chairs and dining set. Option to have an indoor hot tub with lake view. Unbeatable price close to Lucerne and Zurich."

"Generaly it was OK.But when we came we found difficult to enter the hotel.Access. to the hotel , our room 203 A.C didn't work. Breakfast was good. Communication with the staff at times difficult. We came from uk. Mainly speak English."

"Comfortable bed, Clean room but a bit small for 4 of us. Friendly staff, especially Romania. She allowed us to check in early. They’ve got luggage storage which is good. They offered food up to 10 pm which is great. Very good breakfast, lots of choices. "
