The house is an ideal starting point for numerous walking, hiking and cycling trails, climbing garden, cross-country ski trails, ski lift and ski school. Families with children are very welcome! Four-legged family members are also welcome.
Flat no. 10 in the basement (hillside location) is cosily furnished. There is a small terrace with a view of the garden, but not of the mountains.

The mountain village is situated 900 m above sea level and is 7 km from the centre of Oberstdorf. The climatic health resort was incorporated into Oberstdorf in 1972.
