"Great place for kids. The apartment was spacious, however extremely hot and we had to request fans. Also there was a strange smell from the sink. The amenities are nice with the pool and saunas, kids playroom. We thought the dinner was quite limited and overpriced (35 euros a person for a buffet). The breakfast buffet was good. The location of the facility was great. "

"Hotel, room, and restaurants were great. The spa was disappointing. We booked two deep tissue massages for my wife and I, which were specifically confirmed as such prior to booking them. The massages were superficial and could be considered a relaxation massage at best. We both asked the masseuse to apply more pressure, but they must have not been very experienced because they did were not receptive. "It's way apart from being an Alpine Luxury Resort. Old buildings, outdated elevators, dark rooms. Three ☆☆☆ is the max for this location."

Eine Info an alle Hundebesitzer, Hunde sind zwar willkommen, dürfen aber nicht mit in das Restaurant, wer also seinen Hund nicht alleine auf dem Zimmer lassen kann oder möchte sollte entweder ohne Bewirtung buchen oder nach einem Hotel suchen wo Hunde mit in das Restaurant mitgenommen werden dürfen. "
