"The staff, particularly Luiz, were very welcoming at check in and he was very helpful throughout our 3 day stay in Konstanz. We had a very good room with a spacious balcony. "You have to pay for breakfast even though the breakfast is listed as included in the room. Parking is paid and it’s a lot. 3 euros per hour. There is no front desk person. You must be aware of it."
