the restaurent/bar is good. the room is clean. but it's really difficult to sleep with the constant trafic outside on the mainstreet and the bed is really uncomfortable

Everything worked, but....

Nice new/newly renovated plastic'ish hotel in a IKEA sort of way. Everything worked and I had a nice spacious room. There's a lot of noise all day/night from the road just outside the hotel, so remember to ask in the reception for a room facing the parking lot in stead. Oh wait.. There is no reception, only a time consuming self service machine. The breakfast was not impressive and one would expect that it was ready, on the time given in the hotel instructions,but no....

The property was in a remote area and no transport to get into town except for irregular buses. No staff that speaks English or communicate effectively. No staff to talk to if any danger or emergency event occurs. This property is a remote dead-end area. The property is good, clean and the staff are nice but they speak little to no English. The dining and restaurant is closed almost throughout the day. The breakfast is very limited and very low quality. I think everything about this property should be reviewed before it is opened to foreigners that don't understand the swiss language or culture. This property is too beautiful and I think it is a waste for that location. The room and bed was not big enough too.

Sehr nettes und hilfsbereites Personal.möchte mich dafür nochmal bedanken. Sehr sauberes und innen renoviertes Hotel. Allerdings gibt es keine Rezeption. Self check in gewöhnungsbedürftig.Frühstück verbesserungswürdig. Die Lage ist für Durchreisende ok.Insgesamt aber sehr zufrieden.

Ich hatte ein Zimmer mit Bergblick und Hauptstraße. An Nachtruhe war nicht zu denken, die Fenster sind so schlecht isoliert, dass man den Straßenlärm voll abbekommt. Bis abends 23.00 und ab 5:00 Uhr... Die Matratzen hatten beide eine tiefe Kuhle vom Sitzen beim TV schauen und die Betten haben bei jeder Bewegung geknarrt. Keine Rezeption, kein Ansprechpartner, Katastrophe

Trist oplevelse med manglende service

Det var et hotel med meget lidt personale og indtjekning skete fuldstændig digitalt. Desværre var der ikke gjort klar til os alle fire da vi ankom og der manglede både dyner, puder, sengetøj, håndklæder mm. og da der ikke var noget personale nogen steder tog det lang tid at finde en der kunne hjælpe med at skaffe de manglende ting og selv her, blev det kun til et par dyner, men ingen lagner og håndklæder. Morgenmaden måtte vi mere eller mindre selv sørge for, da den ansatte, der stod i restauranten, også skulle sørge for andre ting på hotellet og forsvandt derfor fra restauranten. Alt i alt en trist oplevelse.

Trevlig och prisvärt boende med mycket bra restaur

Överlag en bra hotell för en natt med en trevlig restaurang. Tyvärr saknades gardiner för ytterdörren så det lyste upp rummet mycket tidigt på morgonen.

Der Automat zum Einchecken funktioniert nur so mittelmäßig gut. Man wird gefragt, ob man eine oder zwei Zimmerkarten möchte. Zwei wollten wir haben, eine haben wir bekommen. Der Belegausdruck hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert. Das Frühstück war sehr minimalistisch, für den Preis waren wir eher enttäuscht.

Wir haben uns für einen Kurzaufenthalt für's Hotel Rhy entschieden. Sehr unkompliziertes und effizientes Check-in, sehr gute Ausstattung und Qualität des Studios. Das Frühstück (Umfang resp. Auswahl und Qualität) war ausgezeichnet und hat unseren Vorstellungen voll und ganz entsprochen. Es ist klar weiterzuempfehlen.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr sauber und die Mitarbeiter mega freundlich da könnten sich einige Hotels in Deutschland mal eine Scheibe abschneiden. Das restaurant unter dem Hotel ist auch top das Essen war lecker und wieder die Mitarbeiter echt mega freundlich so macht das Spaß.

1A Aufenthalt mit gutem separaten Restaurant

Gebucht wurde das große Studio in der obersten Etage und ich war begeistert. Die Ausstattung ist neu, sauber und hochwertig. Kleine Küchenzeile mit kleinem Esstisch. Couch und Bett waren sehr bequem und die Aussicht von der obersten Etage einfach toll. Der Frühstücksraum war auch in der obersten Etage und mit den wichtigsten Sachen zur Selbstbedienung ausgestattet.

Das Hotel ist super, ich kann es nur weiterempfehlen. Schöne Zimmer, grosser Parkplatz, Velogarage, freundliches Personal im Restaurant und im Frühstücksraum. Eigentlich würde ich gerne 5 Sterne verteilen wenn der Self-Check-in Automat mehr Bezahlmöglichkeiten hätte. In der heutigen Zeit sollte es mölich sein mit Applepay, Googlepay, Twint usw zu bezahlen.
