For shared use: natural state property 20'000 m2, garden with lawn and trees. Table tennis, arbour, garden furniture, fireplace, children's playground (slide, swing), bathing jetty. In the complex: table tennis, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use, extra), bicycles available. Rowing boat (Local agreement), parking at the house. Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 8 km, bus stop 10 m, railway station "Wingst" 3 km, sandy beach "Cuxhaven" 38 km, grass beach "Otterndorf" 25 km, outdoor swimming pool 3 km, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 45 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Ostesee 10 km. Please note: suitable for families. Local sale of farm products. Breakfast eggs from our own free-range chickens, 2 pot-bellied pigs. Bicycles can be parked in the shed.
