"Our stay was perfect. Room 110, a three-person room at the back, is new, with a superb mountain view from the bathroom. The owner is very warm and welcoming. Breakfast was adequate and sufficient for us. The Wi-Fi is not adequate at the back of the building, and the owner provided a box that worked very well. The restaurant portions are generous and the food is good. I would suggest providing "unsweetened" and low-fat options at breakfast for people who don't eat sugar or too much fat, like low...

"Super smiley and friendly hosts! Very spacious apartment fully equipped. A private balcony with the view of the town and the Alps! Literally next to the town center. The hotel has great amenities (like the sauna). I would strongly recommend this place to anyone visiting Lofer. We loved the hotel and Lofer so much that we kept extending our stay! Wish we stayed longer..."

The staff was very accommodating to our needs and very helpful in directing us to exquisite dining in the area, including their excellent restaurant. The pool and spa was enjoyed as well. "A clean, stylish and comfortable hotel in the heart of Kufstein. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the historic Festung Kufstein. Easy and seamless check-in and check-out, ample sized rooms (for 2 adults) and a wonderful breakfast included in the restaurant adjacent to the lobby. Wish we could have stayed longer!"

"The staff is very nice and polite. All of them. It was a bit challenging to find our room since we had to use several different elevators and directions where not all very clear. You can see some parts are ready for an update. But overall , if these are the only negatives, it was a great stay , with great staff and excellent food ( semi board restaurant). Thank you Arosa for taking good care of us. "
