"The Hotel is great value for money and rooms, bar and staff are all exemplary. The walk to the station doesn’t always feel the safest but there is a U Starion opposite for easy access into the old town.. which is a long walk. All in all an excellent place to base yourself, especially as we were using the train a lot to get around the region. "

"Nice hotel, handy for the train & tram so quick to get to town or the airport. Have stayed before but this time a couple of minor issues - difficulty connecting to wifi & a loose shower bracket, so we knocked off 1 star."

"the receptionist was sullen when checking in. We booked 2 rooms, one of them had a coffee machine and one of them didn't. When we told the reception about this situation, some rooms have it and some don't. It means they don't have standards, but while they're advertising, the coffee machine appears to be in the room, so they're deceiving."
