We had some car trouble while staying there - the staff helped us resolve the problem. Special thanks to Mr. Roland who went above and beyond! Food was also excellent."

"Lovely attentive staff. Unloaded luggage at the rear of the hotel and with help of great directions parked across the river in the secure underground parking at the Thermal Baths. Easy 5 minute walk back to the hotel lobby. Great spot!!"

"Amazing! Was there 2 nights and still didn't experience the whole place. Will absolutely come back! Highly recommend the stay and the food was divine. I would recommend brushing up on your German as there were few English speakers (though those that did were very accommodating) and signage was not very direct. A must see/stay! "

"We very much enjoyed our stay here. Staff at the reception, bar and restaurant were outstanding. The breakfast and dinner were both generous and had a wide selection. The ski storage area and the easy access to the lift were fantastic. The only two things that could be improved are the wine selection in the bar and raising the temperature a bit in the outside warm pool"

Wir waren leider nur 1 Nacht auf Durchreise, haben aber viel vom gebotenen Rahmenprogramm mitbekommen. Werden es für Berg- & Sportbegeisterte im Familien-& Freundeskreis weiterempfehlen :)"
