"A good value in a very expensive resort. No fridge or microwave in the room but that's typical for a 3-star hotel in Zermatt. Single room very cramped. Very desirable location and access to lift stations. Great breakfast!"

"Little bit of a walk from the train station, but fun to see the town during the walk! Just could be more challenging if you had a lot of rolling luggage. Beds/pillows decently comfortable. Rooms very clean. Breakfast was great, had the best options out of any hotel we stayed at in Switzerland. View of Matterhorn from the room which was a pleasant surprise!"

"This property was the perfect choice for our 3 night stay in Zermatt. It was right in the center of town with only a 5 min walk to the train station yet it still felt peaceful and quiet. The rooms are beautifully appointed with modern yet elegant decor. The bed, sheets and pillows were excellent quality and I slept like the dead each and every night. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendship which added to the enjoyment of our stay. Lastly, the breakfast was more of a continental style breakfast but it was perfectly adequate with great quality breads, cheese, yogurt, cereal, etc. If I return to Zermatt I would definitely choose this hotel again. "

"I love the infinity pool over looking the Matterhorn and it’s close to the main streets. "
