The lovingly and country-style modern holiday home is located in the tranquil village of Oberbettingen on the beautiful Kyll.
When modernizing this spring, we focused on making you feel comfortable.
Pets allowed if they are well behaved ;-)

The living room:
Cozy, pull-out functional sofa with ottoman. In front of it, the wood-burning stove we have prepared ensures that the evening is crackling and cozy. Families like to use this lawn by the fireplace for a relaxed "movie night",
Couples like to enjoy a couple of romantic hours together.
Well-equipped standard kitchen with ceramic hob and exhaust air.
HD flat screen TV with Amazon Prime access (cinema on demand).
A modern bathroom with shower and bathtub.
1 bedroom with double bed, 1 room with 2 single beds and 2 sleeping possibilities on the functional sofa.
Terrain:
In addition, our guests can enjoy the entire, 4,000m2 (!) feel good on large grounds, including nightly campfire (please in consultation). Enjoy the sun on your large terrace or the shade under the ancient fruit trees, the pear tree is estimated to be 100 years old!
The natural butterfly meadow is home to numerous admirals who like to join.

On request, I would be happy to prepare a bonfire for you.

The stove is ready, the wood for the first evening is included! Wood delivery possible for further evenings for € 5 or self-catering, e.g. B. from the hardware store.

On request I offer a shopping service. z. B. for rail travelers, bikers or hikers, as well as a shuttle service to the train station.

Relaxing hideaway in Eifel village
We had a lovely relaxing midweek break at this holiday home. Communication with the owner was very good and he was there to welcome us. The holiday home is very cosy and ideally positioned in the village to set of on plenty of walks. It is also very dog friendly. We would definitely recommend this home to stay at.

Entspannende 4 Tage
Wir haben trotz Regenwetter die Zeit mit Netflix, Kamin, vorhandenen Brettspielen und 4 Wanderungen (1-4 Stunden) genossen. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war hervorragend, auch hat er mit Kaminanzünder und Wander-Tipps geholfen. Beim Nachbarn gibt's Bienenhonig, Hillesheim mit 3 Supermärkten ist < 5 Autominuten entfernt.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Die Bilder auf der Website lassen alles besser aussehen, als es ist ... Es wurde nicht erwähnt, dass das Ferienhaus aus 3 Etagen mit einer schmalen, wackeligen Wendeltreppe bestehst. Auch die Schäden des Unwetters im Jahr 2021 hätten vor Ort gemeldet werden sollen. Auch an vielen Stellen im Haus sichtbar. Es sind 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben, Sie müssen jedoch durch ein Schlafzimmer gehen, zu dem die Treppe führt, um in den kleinen Raum zu gelangen. Das Badezimmer wurde offensichtlich renoviert, aber der Anschluss der Beleuchtung ist absolut nicht konforme. Die Küche und der Wohnraum sind nicht gepflegt und sauber Auch die Terrasse ist ungepflegt und sieht abgenutzt aus. WLAN und TV waren zum Glück in Ordnung Absolut kein gelungener Urlaub

Erg tevreden over de gastvrijheid, volledige huisvoorraad, vriendelijke gastheer en vrouw, prachtige omgeving en de rust en ontspannings mogelijkheden in en om het huis. Prachtig wandelingen kunnen maken en er is genoeg vertier op te zoeken. Kortom wij hebben genoten. Onze honden ook. Bedankt daarvoor.

Vakantiehuis "Spatzennest" Eifel - Oberbettingen
Prima vakantiehuis, zeer compleet uitgerust en van alle gemakken voorzien. Heel aardige en voorkomende eigenaar, die meteen bij onze aankomst al het hekje repareerde zodat onze hond er niet doorheen kon ontsnappen. Omgeving is schitterend, en een waar paradijs voor de wandelaars. Minpuntje is dat het huis/terras/opgang naar het huis echt aan de (verrassend drukke) dorpsweg ligt waar allerlei verkeer over heen raast. Je ziet dat verkeer niet, maar je hoort het wel. Het huis beschikt over twee open wenteltrappen: 1 naar boven naar de slaapkamer(s) en de andere naar beneden naar de badkamer met toilet, douche en ligbad. Hierdoor is het huis m.i. niet echt geschikt voor mindervaliden of hele jonge kinderen. De buitenomgeving is aangenaam: een heel groot terras waar je voldoende schaduw kan creëren, en een doorloopmogelijkheid naar de weiden waar je de hond ook los kan laten lopen. Al met al hebben wij er een prima week doorgebracht!

Gemütliches Ferienhaus mit allem Komfort
Wir hatten eine Woche mit Hund gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Ein- und Auschecken unkompliziert, Ausstattung komplett wie beschrieben und von früheren Gästen erwähnt. Sogar ein Hundebett ist bei Bedarf vorhanden.Spaziergänge können direkt hinter dem Haus beginnen. Leider war das Wetter nicht so gut - wir haben das Super WiFi und die kompletten Angebote (YouTube, Amazon Prime Video etc) umso mehr geschätzt. Wir können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen (nicht unbedingt für Personen mit beschränkter Mobilität wegen der vielen Treppen). Mein Mann hat es vorgezogen auf dem Sofa im Wohnzimmer zu schlafen.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus
Wir haben uns in dem Ferienhaus sehr wohl gefühlt. Wanderungen kann man direkt von der Haustür aus starten. Auch der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war unkompliziert und freundlich. sehr empfehlenswert!
