"tldr, but here's the bottom line: overpriced for the limited convenience and lack of comfort and service provided. i would not return. more context to follow. unit minimally equipped and met subpar levels of cleanliness. towels were scratchy and thin, and bedding not thoroughly laundered. barely a view of the river, mostly visible only if i stepped out into the balcony and peered past the trees and construction cranes next door. there wasn't a heads up about construction happening right next...

"The property was not as described. They use a phone to photograph a passport when they finally answer. Go to the room which was left cleaner than when we got there. No aircon, small, and outdated, nothing like the ad described. At all times of the day, there is yelling, no idea if it’s the cleaner or owner. While we had no bed bugs, from what we’ve seen in reviews, they are around, and the hotel refused to refund our money so we could go elsewhere. Do yourself a favour, go anywhere else."

"Excellent communication from start to finish With map and tram details to get to apartment. In a great location 2 minute walk to lake and a lovely 15 minute stroll to centre or a tram just outside. Room had everything you needed and got cleaned within our stay which doesnt normally happen in an apartment. Staff were friendly and when my travel plug didn’t work they were on hand with a spare which I could keep for whole of trip. If we ever visit Zurich again I would definitely stay here."
