"The location is close to the train station. The staffs are friendly, bed is comfortable, bathroom is big, the shower pressure is good, but the water could turn hot and cold suddenly. Breakfast is excellent! They let you choose two free drinks in the fridge."

"This hotel is currently being renovated. Onside of the hotel on one side has tarps and scaffolding, preventing a clear outlook to the outside. Windows cannot be opened. The hotel has provided a good and fairly quiet air conditioner in each room, so rooms are comfortable. After a few nights we moved to another side of the hotel without scaffolding and staff was very helpful in arranging this. There is some street noise from restaurants on one side of the hotel but this disappears by 11;00 pm. The hotel provides an included and excellent breakfast each day. Staff is very helpful throughout the hotel. The location is excellent with good restaurants, beautiful buildings along the river walk and beautiful upscale shopping close by. Zurich is a pretty city and this hotel is very well situated. We enjoyed our stay at Hotel Wellenberg and it will be even better once the renovation is complete. I would stay there again."

"This was one of the highlights of our 3+ week stay in Europe. Hotel was very clean, we had a comfortable room with a great bathroom and shower. Staff was efficient and very helpful. We took breakfast one day, a bit pricey, but good. Highly recommend this hotel!"
