"breakfast was to open at 5 am - opened at 6 am when I was supposed to leave for the airport but I grudgingly was given a bag to take something along to eat . I was also charged with a further Euro 2.50 for bedclothes cleaning, before I even slept there and an additional Euro 5 because I said I cut up the plastic card (key for opening the door) because I couldn't find it. The airport shuttle was supposed to be free but I was charged Euro 30.-- for it and told it was not included. Unfortunately, I couldn't recommend a stay at this Hotel, as I was very disappointed with their service (friendliness)."

"Was here for a week for a conference and the room was comfortable, clean, well maintained. My only gripe was that they don't refull coffee and water when doing room service, I had to ask at the reception. That wouldn't be an issue for a shorter stay. Highly recommended."

"Usually, the front desk staff is super curious this morning, older guy my age was rude. The shuttle to the airport is actually local taxi service. They put four passengers with eight large bags in the Taxi and the Front Desk staff refused to call another Taxi."
