The apartment has air conditioning and heat pump heating so you feel comfortable in any season of the year.

You will be able to enjoy WiFi connection, washing machine, dryer and mosquito nets on all windows, ensuring a pleasant stay. The bathroom is equipped with a shower tray and the accommodation offers space to organize your luggage. Access to the urbanisation is private via code for the parking area, with maintenance staff assistance available during the stay. The access road is not asphalted but is in good condition, facilitating arrival without complications.
