"BED AND BATHROOMS WERE CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE, OUTDOOR PATIO GARDEN AND SITTING AREAS WERE EXCEPTIONAL, THE LOCATION WAS CLOSE TO MUSEUMS, HISTORIC CHURCHES, RESTAURANTS, LOCAL MARKET AND ZOCALO! HOWEVER, IT IS A HISTORIC BUILDING ITSELF, BUILT IN THE EARLY 18TH CENTURY, AND OUR WATER SUPPLY WAS SHUT OFF FOR OUR LAST TWO NIGHTS OF SIX THERE, AND WE HAD TO MOVE TO ANOTHER ROOM! WHICH WAS NOT AS BIG BUT PLESANT ALSO."

"We stayed here for an entire week, and very pleased with the comfort, service and location. I had the opportunity to try the Restaurant/Bar once, I am embarrassed to admit that I ate a hamburger ! It was very good though. The drinks are good too.... Luuna De Jade Hotel Boutique is the perfect place for celebrating a special occasion."

"It is a hotel located in downtown Oaxaca. The room was spacious and comfortable. Staff was kind and helpful. I like the idea of having a kitchenette with the free fruit, coffee/tea, and pastries. They also provide you with free bottles of water. Everything was sparkling clean."

"We had a wonderful stay at Grand Fiest Americana Oxaca hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Oaxaca. From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by the warm welcome, beautiful surroundings, and exceptional service. The staff were incredibly kind, attentive, and accommodating, always making us feel comfortable and well cared for. Every detail of our stay was handled with genuine hospitality, and their kindness made our experience especially memorable. The hotel itself is beautiful, peaceful, and welcoming, and the location made it easy for us to enjoy our time in Oaxaca. We truly appreciated the wonderful service and the care shown by the entire team. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable and memorable. "El hotel mantiene su status entre los hoteles más únicos y distintivos en Oaxaca ciudad. Su edificio principal con el bar y sus equipales, el restaurante abajo y más abajo el area de la alberca siguen al 100%. El problema comenzó la semana pasada cuando nos dieron una habitación cumplidora en el edificio principal para en la segunda noche decirnos que nos van a cambiar de habitación porque la nuestra la van a remodelar (????) El lavabo de la nueva habitación huele a caño. Al siguiente día pedimos cambio de habitación y nos mandan a una horrible habitación del edificio redondo (quién fregados diseñó eso?) Las escaleras con alfombras raidas. Me hospedé en el Hotel Victoria en los setentas cuando de niño me llevó mi abuela a conocer Oaxaca. Era el mejor o de los mejores hoteles en Oaxaca ciudad. Al día de hoy mantiene su identidad, el servicio es impecable, pero lamentablemente el mantenimiento se nota decadente. Ya hay Quinta Real e infinidad de hoteles "boutique", aunque yo preferiría su concepto siempre, nomás pónganse las pilas. Otra cosa, no hay necesidad de música en vivo a todo volumen cuando desayunas en El Tule. La vista es super bonita, tranquila. Para qué poner a unos señores cantando con bocinas a alto volumen? Por eso justamente no volvimos a desayunar ahí. El bar 100/100. Todo excelente."
