Jan 1, 2019Came back from the NYE show to find power out. Staff at door explaining situation. (started 2019 with 4 story stair climb!) Adequate lights and outlets on back-up allowed guests to function. Breakfast delayed, but time added at end to make it up!!

Oct 24, 2018You do not allow me to share disappointment with the booking. The hotel did not get the res and the wrong room type was on my res confirmation email. I had to get another room and.put it on my cc. No ph # for Expedia for customer service in email.
