"Cottage is very clean with one exception, the exhaust fan in the bathroom could use a little attention. I was excited because it was described as a "Lakeside cottage", but the outside really needs some TLC. Nice if you are the indoor type, but not much outside appeal."

"Our family was in Cleveland last weekend for our son's graduation. As expected, almost all hotels were already booked. However, we preferred to stay in a home with a kitchen to cater to our restricted diets. Kristen's Carriage House was the perfect choice since it was close to CWRU and also to our son's apartment. "The house and the furnishings were beautiful, as was the historic area. There was a dead duck out by the pond and when the hosts were alerted, they apologized, but it wasn’t taken care of. We were bummed there was a three-day minimum stay, because we could only be there two nights, but we were aware of that at time of booking."

"The place was as shown in the listing. But the bedroom layout was such that there were no side tables or small lamps. Made it hard to read or have a place for your glasses or phone. We were not able to log in to WiFi as the provided password did not work for us. There were two TVs but you needed to bring your own streaming sign in and passwords to watch anything."

"We could not have asked for better accommodations. The house is beautifully decorated and well appointed. My husband was especially fond of the espresso machine! It was ideally located for Classic Park. The owner was very friendly and responsive to my questions. A five plus star vrbo!"
