"Lovely room, and good food cooked well"

"I enjoyed my stay, but I found the room to be a little noisy given the proximity to a busy road nearby. Also, I realized that there was no air conditioning in my room."

"A really lovely hotel and the staff were all so friendly and attentive through our stay We did a spa morning whilst there and the massage was really good Also the restaurant was great with delicious food and a great setting especially sitting outside in the nice weather"

"Great town and close to all amenities! Our room was next to the outdoor restaurant/ pub and we had the windows open due to the heatwave. The first night it was hard to get to sleep due to the chatter below and music. Breakfast is extra."

"Easy to find and helpful staff when we arrived early . Light flickering in toilet but sorted by staff straight away . Found previous occupants half eaten Chinese takeaway still in the bin in the room which wasn’t great . Reported to reception all very apologetic but should really happen if housekeeping being done throughly . Maybe they just had an off day . Colleague in separate room only had one towel in the room, no bathmat and no hand towel but as a sole occupant she decided not to complain...

"Overall the staff were helpful, food is also good This is not a cheap place to stay at so you would expect a few basics The WiFi was so slow you couldn’t get Amazon or Netflix on We were in room 7 without A/C hot on the 13/7/26 We opened the windows the noise from the traffic was deafening There are other hotels in this area with better facilities, I will look at them next time I am in the area"
