"Glad we decided to stay here when dropping my sim off at his new apartment. The sunset was beautiful through the oaks. The entrance area a well manicured and lit at night, stunning. The space is clean and comfortable. The hot water is hot and the bed comfortable. Be ready to climb stairs. They aren’t steep but there is quite a few…what would you expect from a penthouse? "For starters the hosts are kind and flexible. I booked the wrong dates and at the last minute they punted for me and were able to accommodate my family. The house is comfortable, clean as can be, spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed and has many extras. The property is close to the cute downtown area and Austin Peay. I would recommend it to anybody coming to Clarksville."

"At first had trouble getting into the house. Within 2 rings the homeowner answered the phone and apologized about the trouble. Seriously couldn’t have been easier to get ahold of them! Very nice neighborhood and very clean. Only complaint was that the shower rod kept falling down on us when getting in/out of shower"

"This property was very cozy and home like. The owner, Natasha communicate with you the whole time you are there to make sure your stay is going well. We were going to get a hotel but do not regret our choice of stay at this home. Everything looks exactly like the pictures, there is a washer/dryer in unit along with cooking supplies! My best stay yet. When I come back to Clarksville, I already know where I will be staying"

"We enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfy. Cute decor. Clean! Good location to shopping and restaurants. Only bummer was neighbors across the street were persistently loud with radio and honking during sleeping hours. Our host consistently responded to our questions within minutes. Host quickly accommodated our request to lengthen our stay. Would stay at this house again."

"this was an amazing stay at such a beautiful cozy cabin. Roger was so responsive within five minutes of a need. He was at our doorstep not just meeting the need but such a friendly man. The location was perfect for the event that we attended and coming home to the cabin was such a serene oasis. The cabin was so clean and neat and we had everything we needed to include fresh eggs, pancake mix, and maple syrup was a bonus!! I immediately made my reservation to come again next month."

"Great place and sweet setup. Easy walk down to the water although it was very high. We brought our own smoker and pizza oven and just lounged around the house and played cornhole and pool. The cat from other reviews I read showed up and hung out all weekend as well. Utilized the hot tub which was clean and easy to operate. Only knock on it is the kitchen sink easily clogs but will drain if you run the dishwasher."

"Stress free check in 🙏 Accommodating staff. The rooms were clean and no smells. I love that the hotel it self was clean; the lobby, elevators, hallways and the dining area. This says a lot. We had a day filled with ups and downs,side to sides. Wish I could say but long story short. Thumbs up for me. "
